It's simply the smartest way for MERCHANTS to use the Internet for processing payments to those they KNOW and don't KNOW!!! And, yes; we can accept any of the Major Debit or Credit Cards towards making payments. WE ARE A CERTIFIED PayPal Member/Merchant. All money spent with us is SAFE. Any and all disputes are handled promptly and professionally. How 'WE' collect information about you When you visit the 'WE' website, 'WE' collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website. If you are buying goods or services and pay through 'US,' 'WE' may also provide the seller with your confirmed credit card billing address to help complete your transaction with the seller. If an attempt to pay your seller fails, or is later invalidated, 'WE' may also provide your seller with details of the unsuccessful payment. 'WE' work with merchants to enable them to accept payments from you using 'OUR SERVICE'. In doing so, a merchant may share information about you with us, such as your email address, when you attempt to pay that merchant. 'WE' use this information to confirm to merchants that you are 'OUR' customer and that the merchant should enable the payment for your purchase. Also, if you request that 'WE' validate your status as our customer with a third party, 'WE' will do so. Please note that merchants you buy from and contract with have their own privacy policies, and 'WE' may not be held responsible for their operations, including, but not limited to, their information practices. Regardless, 'WE' will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you through 'OUR SERVICE,' except with your express written permission or if 'WE' are required to do so to comply with a subpoena or other legal process. - How 'WE' share personal information with other parties 'WE' may share your personal information with: Members of our affiliated family of businesses through uQQn Holdings Holdings. Joint content and services will be provided (like registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to guide decisions about products, services and communications. Members of our affiliated family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services. Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations; (fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, technology services). Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit. Financial institutions that 'WE' partner with may jointly share your information only as to create and offer you/your business a products or services such as a 'OUR' featured Credit Card, Debit Card or other financial offering. The shared information is only used as a tool in order to determine whether you should receive pre-approved offers. Whomever 'WE' partner with they may only use our partnership to offer/market 'OUR'-related products/services, UNLESS YOU GIVE 'OTHERS' WRITTEN consent to make other offers that doesn't involve us. Banking partners as required by credit card association rules for inclusion on their list of terminated merchants (in the event that you meet their criteria which includes having 'US' close your Accounts with 'US' due to your breach of the 'OUR' User Agreement). Companies that 'WE' plan to merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, 'WE' will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.) Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when 'WE' are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure where 'WE' need to do so to comply with laws 'WE' believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our User Agreement. Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so. 'WE' will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy. If you open an account with 'US' on a third party website or application, any information that you enter on that website or application (and not directly on a 'WE' website) will be shared with the owner of the third party website or application and is not governed by 'US.' - How you can access or change your personal information You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and clicking the Profile sub-tab under the My Account tab. - How you can contact us about privacy questions If you have questions or concerns regarding our policies, contact us. If after contacting 'US' and you feel that our response to your privacy concern is unsatisfactory, then you may contact OUR Payment Processor for a secondary review. Both reviews will be considered before making a determination on the dispute.
